Return Process:

1. Contact Us: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your order date. Send an email to diane@naturesforyou.com with the following information:

   • A brief explanation of the reason for the return.
   • A digital image of the item if it arrived damaged or defective.

    

2. Resolution: Upon receiving your email, we will promptly review your request. If your return is approved, you have the option to receive either:

   • A full refund to your original payment method.
   • A replacement item sent to you at no additional cost..
