If you enjoy a bitter tasting tea then this will make a good addition to your herbal blend. I enjoy Saint John's wort for it is always calming to my frazzled nerves. I would suggest a hint of honey with your tea or grind this into a fine powder and cap it up. I haven't tried it in cooking yet!
